Humane success at workYour biggest staff cost is worn-out staff.
We tailor our video training to the challenges your organisation faces. Live streams with Ville Merinen, known online as Terapeutti-Ville (Therapist Ville), bring the skills into everyday work. Mental health is a relational skill. It can be learned, and workplaces need it.

Content your staff will use without being told to
Empathic Realism is a warm and honest way to talk about the mind and about work. We teach skills that help people under strain: recovery, boundaries and difficult conversations. We do not promise that positive thinking will fix burnout.
Familiar faces
Ville Merinen is a psychotherapist, a trainer and a professional in people-facing work. In Finland, people already recognise the faces behind our training and trust them.
Lectures and skills
Therapeutic listening skills are among the most valuable things management can offer besides pay. We lecture on how the mind works, and we practise listening, putting things into words and setting boundaries in everyday interactions.
Empathic Realism
When people feel understood, they are able to hear the truth, and that is when change becomes possible. We also say clearly what is not working.

Get to know Empathic Realism before you request a quote
Ville Merinen and Jukka Erätuli wrote the e-book Kohtaaminen: Empaattisen realismin taito. It is in Finnish, and the title means “Meeting someone: The skill of Empathic Realism”. The book introduces Empathic Realism, the approach we add to our integrative teaching. It looks at the skill of meeting another person in everyday life, so it shows directly how we talk about the mind and how we would work with your organisation. Subscribe to our newsletter (in Finnish), and we will email you the book as a gift.
