Terms of purchase and cancellation

Membership gives you access to the Mental Health Coach programme, the Sunday evening lessons, a peer group, courses, recordings for one month and the community. The content of the MHC Brief Therapist programme becomes available when your own Brief Therapist year starts. The first Brief Therapist year starts in January 2027. The price of the training membership is €129/month (incl. 25.5% VAT). Any offer price is shown separately when you join.

After the programme you can stay on as a member. As a continuing member, you have access to the Sunday evening lessons, recordings for one month, courses and the community. If you have completed the MHC Brief Therapist year, you can also see its content. The price of continuing membership will be announced separately.

Membership is a recurring subscription that is charged monthly and renews automatically until you cancel it. You can pay by card (charged monthly) or by invoice. If you pay by card, you get access immediately. If you pay by invoice, you get access once your payment has been received.

You can cancel your membership at any time. There is no long-term commitment: when you cancel, your membership stays valid until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again. You can cancel in the members’ area or by contacting info@mentalhealthclub.fi.

As a rule, consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from a contract concluded at a distance. Because this is digital content that becomes available immediately, the right of withdrawal may end before the 14 days have passed if you have started using the content with your express consent. If you have not yet started using the content, contact us and we will process the withdrawal.

If the price or the terms change, we will tell you well in advance. Changes do not apply to a billing period you have already paid for.

In the MHC Brief Therapist year, students pay for their personal therapy and clinical supervision themselves, in addition to the monthly fee. Supervised client practice is the student’s own client work, offered at a lower price or free of charge, and students are not billed for it. As a member, you get a €10 discount on each therapy session with a club therapist.

Finnish law applies to the contract. We aim to resolve any disagreements first through discussion. As a consumer, you can also refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board in Finland.
